3 Day Rental includes kitchen use, food warming and refigeration. $450.
1 Day Rental 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM. $200.
3 Hour Meeting Rental (no kitchen use). $100
Bathroom Rental. $75

  • 3 day rental provides access from 8:00 AM on the first day until 3:00 PM on the third day. Typically Friday to Sunday. Provides unlimited in-out privileges and additional time for setup and cleanup after the event.

  • Meeting rental may occur between 08:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

  • Bathroom rental duration commenses one hour before until one hour after an event at the The Ruins or Bishops House, unless otherwise requested.

1 Day Rental Options

Please note that event liability insurance is required for all event rentals.
