The following information applies to all rental agreements

Facilities

  • Maximum capacity 120

  • Buffet serving area

  • Kitchen prep space available

  • Inspected by Public Helth

  • Tested potable water

  • Kitchen space and refrigeration available for an additional cost

  • Alcohol service with AGCO permit

  • Outdoor space for tents with SDG permit

  • Private caterers welcome with day/weekend rental

  • TV available for photo slideshow, video etc.

  • Use of onsite washrooms

  • Onsite and roadside parking

  • Accessible entrance

Renter Responsibilities

  • Private liability insurance required. Contact your home insurance provider.

  • Full payment at time of booking

  • 50% refund if cancelled within 60 days of rental date

  • Tacks or nails not permitted for decorations

  • Capacity not to exceed 120 persons at any time

  • Valid AGCO permit required for alcohol service

  • "Open" bar is not permitted

  • No confetti

  • 1:00 am close time

  • Respect municipal noise bylaws

  • Open fires are not permitted

  • Secure the building

Cleaning Supplies

Cleanup

  • ​​​Two garbage bag limit. 

  • Remove all excess bags

  • Breakdown cardboard and bag all recyclables (blue bags provided)

  • Remove all decorations and banners

  • Wipe down all tables

  • Clean all used kitchen surfaces

  • Dry sweep floors

  • Reset the table configuration

  • Return the key
